This 1980's family home needed more accomodation for a growing family. The space was increased by modifying the layout of the kitchen/dining room and adding two bedrooms and a bathroom.  This also gave an opportunity to build a double garage.

 

One of the challenges was how to increase the light, this was done by creating a new staircase which added  abundant light from the Velux windows in the newly created roof space.

This 1960's Swiss Chalet needed to be extended giving an additional 3 bedrooms,  2 bathrooms and a panoramic living room to the property. The challenge was how to maintain as much of the original property incorporating it into the new building.
